Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you love what you purchase!  But if you do not, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of original purchase.  To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the original condition of receiving it, therefore, in unused, unworn and undamaged condition.  We also do not accept returns or refunds on gift e-cards, bathing suits, lingerie, personalized items or final sale items. 

Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.  If paid by check, the original receipt must accompany the request for refund or exchange.  If a gift is being returned or exchanged, the gift receipt must be provided.  Please email customerservice@greenorchyd.com for any other inquiries.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed or emailed  to you.

Price adjustments for Sales:

We will gladly make a one-time price adjustment on full priced items if notified within 10 days of the original purchase.  Sale items do not qualify for price adjustments.

Final sales:

Merchandise marked as final sale, may not be exchanged or returned and is not subject to the price adjustment policy.

Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange an item, for the same item or a different one, if the item is unworn and unwashed or defective.  We can process it in one of 2 ways:  we can ship you the item as soon as the return is received, or if you wish to have your item right away, you can place an order online or by phone and send in your returned item as outlined below. We only replace items, free of charge if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping options:

USPS return label:  Upon the request of a return made by phone or email, a USPS shipping label can be sent to the customer via email.   Simply print it, affix to your package and send back to us!!  You must contact Green Orchyd at customerservice@greenorchyd.com to ensure that your return shipping costs are covered prior to sending the item(s) back.  There is no shipping and handling fee for US and Canadian customers.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 11 am EST will be processed that business day.  Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

Shipping within the United States:  We usually ship first class or priority mail with USPS.   Most orders will arrive in around 3 days.  However, sometimes there can be unforeseen delays.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise. Shipping is free to US postal addresses.

Shipping to Canada:  We usually ship first class mail with USPS.  Most orders will arrive in around 10 days.  However, sometimes there can be unforeseen delays, or it can be held at the customs border.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.  Shipping is free when purchase price is over 150 USD.  Otherwise, 20$ flat shipping rate applies.

Shipping to other International countries:  We usually ship first class or priority mail with USPS.  Most orders will arrive in around 10 -16 days.  However, sometimes there can be unforeseen delays, or it can be held at the customs border.  We will do our best to notify you should anything arise.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Customer is responsible for duties, taxes and any other fee that may arise.  There is a 30$ flat shipping rate to international destinations.  No refunds, exchanges or returns for international orders.

Shipping cosmetics and other beauty items:  Beauty items containing alcohol, aerosols or other pressurized containers, are restricted by air transportation, therefore are shipped by ground transportation. 

Please Note:  Aerosols, nail polish and perfumes are restricted from international shipping.
